The stay was fantastic, especially because of the excellent location that's just a short walk to Greenbelt and the Ayala Center. I loved the spacious Suite with City View, which offered a stunning view of the skyline and made our New Year's Eve truly memorable with the fireworks from the rooftop. Plus, the water refilling stations on each floor are a great eco-friendly touch. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, and the staff made us feel welcomed throughout our visit.

Unfortunately, my experience at Tower Inn was quite disappointing. The WiFi was terribly inconsistent, making it difficult for me to work from my room. I expected better connectivity, but I ended up spending a lot of time in the lobby just to access the internet. Additionally, the air conditioning hardly worked, leaving me uncomfortable during my stay.

i almost gave a decent review, but then i remembered the air conditioning barely worked, and no wi-fi in my room! the lobby's reception was better, which is just absurd! i expected a complimentary upgrade after all that hassle, but no one bothered to offer it.
